Hand Calligraphy - Menu Design

Menus for your rehearsal dinner or wedding reception can be designed in hand lettering to coordinate with your place cards and escort cards. We can also design it in computer calligraphy.

You can also personalize your menu cards with your guests' names and use those as their place cards. We'll design the menu to leave room for a name at the top for writing in their names. This saves you having to buy place cards because you can have your menu cards serve double duty.

How to order a menu design

We'll need the following information to provide you with a quote for your design:

• Date of the event
• The date you need to send the design to the printer
• Who will be doing the printing: 1) stationer, 2) PenDance, or 3) yourself
• Calligraphy style desired
• Dimensions of the menu
• Wording
• If you will have artwork at the top, we'll need to know the dimensions to allow room for it in the layout
• Any special instructions provided by your stationer or printer

The Menu Design Process

1. Once we've received your 50% deposit and your job is on our schedule, it will take approximately 1 week to complete the design after we start.

2. We'll create the design and email it to you for your comments and changes. The price includes 2 revisions to the design. Additional changes after 2 revisions will incur additional fees.

3. After you approve the designs, we'll prepare the final file and email it to you after final payment.
